LasheS

  • The Minimalist Set is a starter set for someone who would like to try lash extensions or for someone who simply likes a lighter lash look. This set appears as if they are your natural lashes just slightly enhanced.

The Custom Set is a full set that we customize specifically to your eye shape, face shape, and the fullness that you are looking for. It can range from most natural to most dramatic and anywhere in between.

  • To prepare for your eyelash extension appointment, arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes—no mascara, oils, or skincare residue.

Avoid caffeine to minimize eye movement during application.

Remove contact lenses beforehand. Skip waterproof mascara for 24–48 hours prior.

Proper lash prep improves eyelash extension retention, ensuring longer-lasting, fuller, and healthier-looking lash results.

  • A full set appointment can take anywhere from 1.5 hours-2.5 hours depending on the look and amount of natural lashes you have. A lash refill appointment takes about 1 hour.

  • After your eyelash extension appointment, avoid water, steam, and sweat for 24–48 hours to protect lash adhesive bonding.

Do not use oil-based products, waterproof mascara, or rub your eyes, as this reduces lash retention.

    Avoid sleeping face-down.

Proper eyelash extension aftercare helps maintain longer-lasting, full, and healthy lash extensions.

  • We recommend not wearing mascara with your lash extensions as the product breaks down the bond of the glue and applying the mascara can cause your natural lashes to prematurely be pulled out at the root. If you feel like you need to wear mascara with your lashes, speak to your stylist about going a little bit fuller or if you are applying mascara in between refills, schedule your refill appointment earlier.

  • Eyelash extensions are safe for natural lashes when applied correctly by a licensed and trained lash artist. Proper isolation, lightweight extensions, and professional-grade adhesive prevent damage. Following proper eyelash extension aftercare also protects lash health. Poor application or improper care can cause breakage, making expert technique essential for safe, long-lasting lash extensions.

  • Eyelash extensions typically last 2–3 weeks before needing a refill, depending on your natural lash growth cycle, lifestyle, and aftercare routine. Proper lash extension care—like avoiding oil-based products and not rubbing your eyes—helps improve lash retention. Most clients book lash extension fills every 2–3 weeks for best results.

  • Lash refills, also called eyelash extension fills, are maintenance appointments where outgrown lash extensions are removed and new extensions are applied to natural lashes. Because natural lashes shed daily, refills restore fullness and shape.

  • A lash lift and tint is a low-maintenance treatment that lifts, curls, and darkens your natural lashes, creating a longer, fuller, mascara-like effect without eyelash extensions or daily makeup.

  • A lash lift lasts anywhere from 5-8 weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle.

  • Lash tinting is safe when performed by a trained professional using high-quality, eye-safe dye. Proper application prevents irritation or damage.

Brows

  • Our stylists are trained in studying face anatomy and symmetry to provide you with a brow shape that best suits your face.

  • Our brow shaping starts with a consultation on what your brow goals are. Once you and your stylist have come up with a plan for your brows, they will then map out your shape and wax your brows.

  • To prepare for your brow appointment, arrive with clean, makeup-free brows—no foundation, oils, or skincare residue.

Avoid retinol, exfoliants, and active ingredients around the brow area for 3–5 days.

Do not tweeze or wax beforehand. Proper eyebrow appointment prep ensures better brow tint, lamination, and waxing results while minimizing irritation and sensitivity.

  • For best results, maintain your brows based on the service. Brow shaping is recommended every 4 weeks to keep a clean, defined shape. Brow tinting should be refreshed every 2–4 weeks as the color fades. Brow lamination typically lasts 5–8 weeks, so schedule maintenance accordingly to keep brows lifted, styled, and polished.

  • Brow lamination is a semi-permanent brow treatment that smooths, lifts, and sets brow hairs into a fuller, more defined shape. This eyebrow lamination service helps correct uneven brows, improve symmetry, and create a sleek, fluffy look.

  • Results typically last 5–8 weeks with proper brow lamination aftercare and maintenance.

  • Brow tinting is a semi-permanent eyebrow treatment that darkens brow hairs, enhances shape, and creates fuller-looking brows, improving definition without daily makeup or filling.

  • Eyebrow tint typically lasts 2–4 weeks on brow hairs and up to 14 days on skin, depending on skin type, skincare routine, and proper brow tint aftercare.

  • Yes, brow tint can lightly stain the skin beneath the hairs, creating a fuller, more defined look. This skin stain typically lasts 14 days, depending on skin type, skincare routine, and aftercare, while the tint on brow hairs lasts longer.

  • After brow lamination or brow tinting, avoid water, steam, sweating, and oil-based skincare for 24–48 hours to protect results.

Do not rub, exfoliate, or apply makeup on the brows.

Proper brow lamination and tint aftercare helps maintain longer-lasting color, shape, and overall healthy eyebrow hair.

  • The permanent makeup healing process typically takes 7–14 days for initial healing and up to 4–6 weeks for full results.

Brows may appear darker, then flake, scab lightly, and soften in color.

Proper PMU aftercare—avoiding water, sweating, sun exposure, and picking—ensures better pigment retention and smooth, even healing.

  • Permanent makeup typically lasts 1–3 years, depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and aftercare. Treatments like microblading, ombré powder brows, and combo brows require periodic touch-ups to maintain color, shape, and overall results.
