• Avoid wearing any eye makeup, concealer, or foundation

• Do not apply any oil products to your hair or face before your appointment

• Wear comfortable clothing

• Limit caffeine consumption 4 hours before your appointment

• Remove contacts prior to your arrival

• Wash your lash extensions daily and every time after makeup use with lash shampoo and brush

• Brush lashes daily when they are dry

• DO NOT apply mascara on eyelash extensions or use eyelash curlers; if you feel the need to apply mascara, book a refill or speak to stylist about acquiring more volume

• Avoid rubbing, touching, picking, or pulling eyelash extensions

• Wash your face with extra care around eyes

• Be careful with heat as it will singe your lash extensions (oven, stove, lighters, saunas, etc)

• Avoid letting shower run on your face; this adds extra weight and pressure causing the extensions to prematurely shed

• Please have lashes removed by your lash technician if you no longer want them.

No! We make sure to apply the proper lengths, widths, and weight by assessing each of your natural lashes before applying an extension to it. You can be assured that your natural lashes will look the same as the day you came in for your full set once they are removed. It is our job to keep your natural lashes healthy. We also ask our clients to be gentle, do not pull or play with your extensions, and wash them every day to ensure they are not causing any damage at home.

After your full set is applied, you will need to return within 3 weeks to the salon for a refill. During this time we assess how your natural lashes are doing, remove any outgrown extensions, and refill your lashes back to the “full set” look. Every day we lose 3-5 natural lashes, and when extensions are applied, those will fall out along with the lash they are applied to! This is normal and nothing to be alarmed about, however, this is the reason why you must return for refills so your lashes are always looking fresh and full.

We use a very special, hypoallergenic sensitive adhesive that has worked wonders on many sensitive and allergic clients before with absolutely no issues. No redness, itching, puffiness, or dry skin will occur with our sensitive adhesive so you can feel comfortable getting your lashes done with no downtime!

A lash lift basically appears as if you used a curler on your eyelashes. We can keep more of a natural curl or go very curly depending on your preference. This service lasts 5-8 weeks depending on your personal hair growth cycles.

• Apply oil given to you at your appointment every night before bed while your lashes are still lifted
